This series contains original and photocopied newspaper and magazine clippings, serial publications, exhibition catalogs, fliers, posters, and press releases pertaining to Emshwiller’s life and works, including a significant number of interviews with Emshwiller as well as materials containing biographical information and descriptions of his works. The series also contains programs from music, film, video, multimedia, and dance festivals, events, and conferences in which Emshwiller was a participant or attendee. A small number of materials are items Emshwiller collected. The subseries are not comprehensive; some correspondence, press releases, clippings, catalogs, serials, and programs can be found with the specific work to which they pertain.
